Property Overview

The Courtyard Manhattan/Upper East Side is located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, near Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, and Yankee Stadium. The hotel features 226 guestrooms, including 16 suites, and recent renovations of guestrooms and lobby.

House Attendant Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment.
2. Deliver items to guestrooms, such as express checkout materials and newspapers.
3. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
4. Shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.
5. Assist with luggage in a friendly and efficient manner.
6. Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
7. Clean guestrooms as required.
8. Know and assist with emergency procedures.
9. Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
10. Store hotel equipment properly.
11. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
12. Ensure guest satisfaction.
