Key Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests courteously.
- Inspect and clean assigned areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
- Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
- Transport linens to and from laundry areas.
- Deliver clean linens to designated sections.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
- Assist guests and respond to inquiries.
- Perform room attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak periods.
- Focus on increasing guest satisfaction scores.
- Follow sustainability practices, including HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits, including wearing protective equipment and following safety standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training preferred.
Work Environment
- Varied work schedule, including holidays, weekends, and shifts.
- Requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
- Use of cleaning chemicals.
