Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and acknowledge guests courteously.
2. Inspect and clean assigned areas.
3. Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
4. Vacuum and dust guest corridors.
5. Transport linens to and from laundry areas.
6. Deliver clean linens to designated sections.
7. Report maintenance issues.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
9. Assist guests and respond to inquiries.
10. Perform room attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak periods.
11. Focus on increasing guest satisfaction scores.
