Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, including guest corridors, elevator landings, and stairwells.
• Transport dirty linen from guest rooms to laundry chute.
• Stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linen and amenities.
• Assist with guest requests and move heavy objects for Room Attendants.
• Distribute firewood around the property.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals per OSHA and hotel standards.
• Empty trash and recycling bins in public areas.
• Replace dirty terry with clean towels, inspect furniture for damages, and report issues.
• Update room cleaning status, restock carts, and maintain equipment.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report damages or maintenance issues.
• Follow hotel fire and emergency procedures and adhere to policies on lost and found.
• Complete necessary training and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Make cribs and rollaway beds, stock cleaning supplies.

Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of hotel cleaning experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and courtesy.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing and walking for long periods.
