About Us

The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role requires detail-oriented individuals who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture.
2. Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
3. Teamwork: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events.
4. Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
