House Attendant - SpringHill Suites Colorado Springs North Air Force Academy

Location: 1320 Republic Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80921

Overview: The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and delivering items to guestrooms, such as express checkout materials and newspapers.

Responsibilities:

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Assist guests with luggage in a friendly and courteous manner.
4. Handle Lost and Found items according to hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as required.
6. Know and assist with emergency procedures.
7. Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order and store equipment properly.
8. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
9. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience preferred.
2. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
3. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Compensation: $15-16 per hour.
