StepStone Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a House Attendant for Sheraton Suites Galleria, Atlanta, to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will deliver linens, assist with housekeeping operations, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• CPR and first aid training preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and public areas.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down housekeeping closets and carts.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of responsibility.
