McAlister's Deli in Fort Wayne, operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking an energetic Hourly Team Member to support dining room and kitchen operations. Your role includes food running, bussing, dishwashing, prep and line cooking tasks, and delivering friendly guest service.

You will help prepare dining spaces, restock supplies, maintain sanitation, and adhere to safety guidelines, working as part of a franchise team dedicated to consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Food runner: Delivers orders to guests and refills drinks; responds to guest requests; adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
• Busser: Cleans tables, maintains table settings, sweeps floors, removes trash, cleans spills; follows safety policies.
• Dishwasher: Washes dishes, cleans and restocks area; unloads deliveries; keeps floors clean; follows sanitation policies.
• Prep cook: Prepares foods according to prep lists and recipes; cleans and sanitizes station; maintains safety standards.
• Line cook: Maintains prep areas, reads orders, prepares items quickly and accurately; cleans and restocks station; ensures quality and safety standards.
