Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Deliver orders, refill drinks, respond to guest requests, adhere to sanitation and safety policies, and perform other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepare dining area, clean tables and chairs, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety policies.
3. Dishwasher duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; restock and clean area; unload deliveries; follow sanitation policies.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepare foods according to prep lists and standards, clean and sanitize stations, and follow safety policies.
5. Line cook duties: Maintain prep areas, manage sanitation, read orders, prepare food, and ensure quality and safety standards.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
