Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of different responsibilities depending on your interest:

Responsibilities include:

1. Food Runner Duties: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need; Refills drinks and responds to guest requests after food delivery; Adheres to sanitation and safety policies; Performs other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser Duties: Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs; Maintains table settings; Cleans chairs, tables, floors, and removes trash; Responds to spills or guest needs; Follows sanitation and safety policies; Performs other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher Duties: Ensures availability of clean dishes; Washes dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; Prepares dish area and kitchen for next shift; Unloads and stores deliveries; Cleans floors; Takes out trash; Adheres to sanitation and safety policies; Performs other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep Cook Duties: Prepares foods based on prep lists and manager directions; Maintains quality standards; Cleans and sanitizes station; Follows sanitation and safety policies; Performs other duties as requested by management.
5. Line Cook Duties: Maintains preparation areas; Manages sanitation and safety standards; Reads orders and prepares food quickly and accurately; Cleans and restocks station; Ensures food quality and quantity; Follows sanitation and safety policies; Performs other duties as requested by management.
