An Hourly Team Member is responsible for providing our Guests with a great experience, regardless of where they are working. They are to communicate effectively and work well with others to ensure food goes out to our Guests in a timely manner all the while maintaining a clean work environment.

Description

Roles and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Take and expo orders out to our Guests
  • Prepare produce, sauces, and other product as well as food that is ready to eat
  • Effectively communicate with other Hourly Partners
  • Monitor food quality to ensure food safety standards and quality are met
  • Maintain station and store cleanliness
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

  • Food Handler's Certificate
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Able to work with others and have a high-level of communication
  • Able to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in store
