Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
  2. Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards.
  3. Regularly audit service and quality.
  4. Follow all standards and tracking procedures daily.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to meet customer satisfaction goals.
  6. Supervise teamwork and service consistently.
  7. Handle employee issues professionally, adhering to company policies.
  8. Support training programs to enhance skills, improve morale, and grow revenue.
  9. Participate in employee reviews and address performance issues.
  10. Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures.
  11. Maintain staffing levels according to guidelines and adjust daily based on business needs.
  12. Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
