Job Opening: Shift Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Boise State - 1910 W University Drive, Boise, ID 83725. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior kitchen and supervisory experience required.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports for management to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
4. Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
