Location: Boise State

We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Address: Boise State - 1910 W University Drive, Boise, ID 83725. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, with some weekend shifts. More details provided during interview.

Requirement: Prior kitchen and supervisory experience is required.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, oversee that job expectations are met, and ensure policy and procedure compliance. Essential Duties include:

  1. Providing training and creating work schedules.
  2. Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
  3. Preparing reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  4. Acting as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  5. Mentoring and developing employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned.
