Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, coach Team Members, and ensure bold, hospitality-driven service. You’ll work with management to keep energy high, maintain standards, and deliver fast, friendly meals in a welcoming kitchen.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast-paced settings, a people-first mindset, and a drive to learn and grow within Popeyes. Weekly pay and flexible schedules accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication and ability to motivate a team
• Confident solving problems on the fly while keeping the guest experience front and center
• Desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen

Responsibilities

• Set the pace on your shift by leading the team with confidence and pride.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean kitchen.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members, sharing feedback, and helping them build skills on the floor.
• Support operations by handling cash controls, managing inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and keeping Popeyes standards hot and ready.
