Popeyes in Horn Lake, MS is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding Popeyes standards.

You will work closely with managers to set the pace, manage guest experiences, handle cash controls, and help develop leadership skills in a high-energy kitchen.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confidence solving problems on the fly while keeping the guest experience front and center.
