• Follow cash control and security procedures including cash drawer management.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders.
• Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards.
• Coach Team Members to enhance performance and restaurant results.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
