Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on the floor, set the pace, and ensure guest experiences meet Popeyes standards of speed, accuracy, and hospitality.

You will coach Team Members, manage shift operations, and handle cash controls, inventory checks, and receiving truck orders, while maintaining a high-energy, team-driven kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift by setting pace and coaching the team on service quality.
• Guide team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Develop Team Members through feedback and on-floor coaching to build skills.
• Support operations and profitability by cash controls, inventory checks, and timely truck receiving.
