Cook Out is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will work hands-on with staff to coach, train, and recognize talent, while managing operations from the front counter to the grill.

With the right leadership, you will drive performance on food, labor, and costs and maintain a fast, friendly service standard that keeps customers returning. This role is on-site and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience; restaurant experience is a major plus.
• Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask under pressure.
• Proven track record of coaching and training employees.
