Cook Out is hiring an Hourly Restaurant Manager to join one of the fastest-growing QSR brands. You’ll be a hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment, delivering an amazing experience to every customer.

Lead a world-class team, oversee operations from counter to grill, and drive cost-efficient performance in food, labor, and waste. We offer competitive pay, bonus potential, a 4–5 day work week with flexible scheduling, full benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with matching.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience; restaurant experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication to lead a large team and interact with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
