Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking an Hourly Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our go-kart track and arcade in a fast-paced family entertainment center in Pigeon Forge, TN. This full-time role supports a high-energy guest experience and engages a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Experience supervising a diverse team and delivering customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 15–50 attraction operators and guest service employees.
• Oversee daily operations of go-karts, rides, and entertainment attractions.
• Ensure all attractions operate safely and efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
