Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking an Hourly Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a go-kart track and arcade within a fast-paced family entertainment center.

You will supervise a team, ensure safety standards, and deliver a fun guest experience while supporting scheduling and event planning in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, etc.).
• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 15-50 attraction operators and guest service employees.
• Oversee daily operations of go-karts, rides, and entertainment attractions.
• Ensure all attractions operate safely, efficiently, and according to safety standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
• Maintain employee attendance records and performance tracking.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 39 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
