Job summary

Genesis Products in Elkhart, IN is seeking production team members for our Plant 2 facility. The role involves hands-on work with hand and power tools, assembling and testing products, and meeting daily production targets.

Qualified candidates will have manufacturing experience, reliable attendance, and a willingness to grow within our values of agility, enjoyment, and continuous improvement. Lifting up to 50 lb is required.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and fasten materials.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Assemble and test finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Main a clean and organized work area.
