Job summary

Genesis is seeking a manufacturing associate in Elkhart, IN to support production lines with hand and power tools, assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols, aiming for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability in attendance and ability to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and fasten materials.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and adjust as needed.
• Assemble and test finished products to meet quality standards.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
