JRI Hospitality is hiring an Hourly Manager in Texas. As part of the Management Team, you will coach and develop team members to ensure your store's success and guest satisfaction with made-to-order menu items.

You will lead daily operations, motivate staff, control labor and food costs, and build relationships with guests. You’ll help recruit and retain key team members while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
