Job summary

JRI Hospitality’s Hourly Manager role at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers brand focuses on leading the team, delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining high hospitality standards.

You will coach staff, control labor costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering made-to-order menu items with speed and care. This position requires 18 years or older and restaurant experience is preferred.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
