Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Texas is seeking an Hourly Manager to join the management team. You will coach and develop team members to ensure restaurant success, while leading shifts to deliver made-to-order items with hospitality and speed.

The role emphasizes controlling labor and costs, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and recruiting and mentoring staff to sustain a positive work culture and guest experience. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Available to work a variety of hours including days, nights, and weekends.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
