Wingers Restaurants in Fernley, NV is seeking an Hourly Manager for full-time/part-time roles. The position pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour and requires performance across all restaurant departments during shifts.

Qualifications

• Guarantees uncompromised, unsurpassed and consistent food quality.
• Exhibits the highest level of professionalism in actions and appearance.
• Assist the GM and AM to recruit, train, and maintain a cohesive team.
• Maintain the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and well maintained equipment.
• Manage food & beverage inventories, ordering and receiving.
• Schedule and control labor costs within budget.
• Ensure QA standards and address violations promptly.
• Responsible for overall food safety and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Proficient and able to work on line during peak meal periods.

The purpose of this position is to interact with our guest and Create Amazing Experiences while they are dining at our stores. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

You will also be required to be proficient in all departments of the restaurant so as to run smooth, successful solo shifts in the absence of another manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 year of age or older
• You must be able to successfully pass a background check with no misdemeanor or felony convictions
• Good communications skills, must be fluent in the English language and show competence in reading and writing skills
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lb
• Be able to stand for longer periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• Must have a great attitude, and know how to smile all the time

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

• Ensures that Wingers standards and procedures are followed and enforced
• Scheduling and labor costs, within approved budget.
• Ensures QA standards.
• QA report is maintained,
• Violations are corrected immediately,
• Proper behavior trained
• Responsible for overall food safety and sanitation of Wingers restaurant
• Proficient and able to work on line during key meal periods and when needed for prep and other tasks
