Job summary

Graeter’s in Lexington, KY is seeking Team Leaders to join our retail team. Seasonal, Part-Time, and Full-Time roles are available at Palomar location, offering flexible schedules and the chance to help guests enjoy our ice cream and service culture.

As a Graeter’s Team Leader you’ll be an ambassador for the brand, ensure quality and cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced environment while aiding customers with a smile and friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Experience as key holder or opening/closing duties.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• EXPERIENCE: Previous key holder or opening/closing duties.
• MATH & LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to perform basic math and count cash for register transactions. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The job may require you to be able to lift up to 40 lbs, have the flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment (around the store and in/out of vehicles), and be able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods (4+ hours). Capable of scooping hard ice cream on a repetitive basis.
• SEASONAL, PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT: Varied schedule including mornings/nights/weekends/holidays (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas).
