Pueblo School District No. 60 is seeking staff to monitor In-School Detention and after-school detention, handling paperwork and coordinating with teachers and admin. You will input data, maintain student files, and contact guardians as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; Previous experience working with young adults; Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Preferred: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; Demonstrated ability to maintain records and to prepare standard reports; Demonstrated good telephone skills; Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of assignments; Demonstrated ability and willingness to work with high school level students with minor discipline problems; Demonstrated organizational ability and effective time management; Previous experience working with at-risk students; College coursework in education or related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor student behavior in In-School Detention and after school detention, complete paperwork on PC computer, input information on PC computer, contact parent(s)/guardian(s), maintain files on students in program, work in cooperation with teachers, administrators, program director, and support staff.
• Fingerprints will be required for all employees of Pueblo School District 60 prior to your first day of work.
