Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care in New Jersey. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication support, with opportunities across multiple Essex County locations.

A valid HHA license and English communication are required, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. We offer paid training, career development, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active HHA license in good standing with the board.
• Minimum one year of work references in any field.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Newly certified candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and range of motion exercises.
• Support transfers using lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and bathing.
• Monitor vital signs as directed by supervisor.
• Support home management tasks and medication assistance.
