Job summary

Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking an experienced Hourly Companion Caregiver to support clients in their homes. This non-medical role focuses on companionship, daily tasks, and personal care to enhance quality of life.

You will assist with routines, transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and families in Winchester, CT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Non-Medical Caregiver.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable.
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary.
• Converses with patients to provide assurance.
• Observes Universal Precautions.
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping.
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes.
• Light housekeeping.
• Provides medication reminders.
• Meal preparation and clean up.

Primary Responsibilities

• Must have Cell Phone / Tablet
