Job summary

SOLENVIA is a Connecticut-based home care agency hiring PCAs to provide non-medical in-home assistance. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive pay and benefits.

You will accompany clients, assist with daily activities, meals, transportation, and errands, delivering respectful, patient care in private homes and assisted living settings. Training is provided; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Prior caregiver experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a companion to clients.
• Assist clients to and from appointments and errands.
• Homes maintaining and personal care assistance.
• Prepare meals.
• Display patience and listening skills.
• Provide care across settings including private homes and assisted living.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Requirements of PCA:

• Pass a criminal background check

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Ability to speak and write in English

• Prior experience in the medical or caregiver field is not required since training will be provided but previous experience is a plus.
