Job summary

Within Reach Senior Services, LLC seeks an Hourly Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors across Fairfield County. The role focuses on daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity and independence.

You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, prepare meals, remind about medications, and help with light housekeeping. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred, with shifts including weekends and holidays depending on needs.

Position Summary

The Hourly Caregiver provides high-quality, compassionate care and assistance to seniors in their homes. This role focuses on supporting clients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement in daily activities.
• Prepare meals, assist with medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the Care Manager.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company privacy standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Follow care plans and respond promptly to client needs.
