Job summary

Elder Care Home Care in Fairfield County, CT is seeking caregivers to support seniors in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety and overall well-being. Pick your own schedule with days, nights and Live-In shifts available, with compensation from $18 per hour.

We welcome Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Care Aides (HOM) to join our team, with drivers preferred for additional pay but non-drivers are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Experience in senior care (6 months minimum) or related fields.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life for seniors.
Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

Looking for caregivers that can support our clients in Fairfield County and nearby places.

Applicants with their own transportation (Drivers) are preferred, and additional pay may be offered depending on the case/assignment. However, non-drivers are still welcome to apply.
