Villa Restaurant Group is hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager in McAllen, TX to partner with the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a team in a fast-paced setting inside La Plaza Mall.

The role focuses on guest service, food safety, sanitation, and cost controls while maintaining high standards. Experience in quick-service environments and ServSafe certification are valued, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory or management experience; quick-service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with the team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
