Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
