CarPark Inc is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Valet Parking Lead Manager to oversee our valet operations in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have previous valet parking management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires managing valet attendants, ensuring smooth parking operations, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate all valet parking operations, ensuring efficient guest service.
  2. Hire, train, schedule, and manage valet attendants to uphold company policies and customer service excellence.
  3. Monitor parking capacity and flow, directing attendants to maximize efficiency and safety.
  4. Greet and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming valet experience.
  5. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
  6. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for guests, employees, and vehicles.
  7. Maintain accurate records of parking transactions, tips distribution, and vehicle logs.
  8. Work closely with hotel management to improve valet operations and guest satisfaction.
  9. Ensure proper maintenance of valet equipment, signage, and work areas.
  10. Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures for valet fees and tips.
Financial Management
  1. Prepare budgets and monthly reviews of profit/loss for assigned hotel(s).
  2. Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
  3. Monitor and analyze market rate structure.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  3. Minimum 2-3 years of valet parking or hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  6. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  7. Proficiency in handling cash and electronic payment systems.
  8. Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  9. Utilize computer skills to manage reports, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking valet operations, creating reports, and managing team schedules.
Physical Demands
  1. Standing and walking for long periods (90-100% of shift).
  2. Lifting, moving, and handling parking equipment.
  3. Exposure to various weather conditions.
FLSA Status
  1. Non-Exempt.
