Job summary

The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel in Seattle seeks a Part-time Valet/Parking Attendant to warmly welcome guests and provide safe, efficient parking services. You will assist with luggage, coordinate with hotel teams, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures with a focus on hospitality and safety.

Ideal candidates will have prior valet or guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to deliver outstanding first impressions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous valet/guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide valet and parking services.
• Safely park, retrieve, and transport guest vehicles per hotel procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and general hotel information as needed.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow, parking operations, and guest arrivals/departures.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Concierge, Security, and hotel leadership for seamless experiences.
• Monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness, and readiness; respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, valet tickets, and key control per policy.
• Support VIP arrivals, events, and transportation needs as required.
• Follow traffic laws and hotel safety procedures at all times.
