Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for an unarmed patrol at a hotel and resort location in Oxon Hill, MD. You will monitor areas, assist guests and staff, and deter security incidents while maintaining a visible presence and professional service.

Minimum requirements include one year of security-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Full-time schedule applies, with a focus on guest safety and excellent customer service.

Formación

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel/resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions to management.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate information to leadership.
