Job summary

Accor in London is seeking a Hotel Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and lead the Front of House and Food & Beverage teams in a fast-paced, guest‑centred environment.

You will be readily available for teams and guests, ensuring high levels of service, quality, and problem solving, while managing invoicing and reporting with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with leadership by example.
• Creative, dynamic, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hotel’s organisation and manage the Front of House and Food and Beverage Team.
• Be available for the teams and guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality service.
• Focus on quality, guest satisfaction and loyalty by addressing feedback and resolving issues.
• Handle invoicing, cash operations and activity reporting; carry out inventories per procedures.
• Be result-driven and understand what needs to be done to achieve hotel goals.

As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.

• Participate in hotel's organisation and manage the Front of Houseand Food and Beverage Team
• Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
• Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty trough handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest's feedback.
• Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports. Carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures
• Are result-driven and understands what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - A strong team player.

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

Creative, innovative, dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated,

High organizational planning, follow-up, presentation and reporting skills,

Able to use Opera Cloud at an advanced level

Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £15.59 per hour + Bonus
