Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts operates the Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. The Stewarding position assists the Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets by cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage areas, sorting soiled ware, and ensuring equipment is ready for service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to support guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 200lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing the outlets.
• Sort soiled ware and run through dish or pot machines; keep areas tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machines and support kitchen staff as needed.
