Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Panama City is seeking a motivated server to join our food and beverage team. Greet guests, take orders, and help keep the dining area clean and stocked. You may serve breakfast and dinner and assist with menu recommendations and allergen questions.

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Friendly, positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and as part of a team.
• Must be 18/21 years of age or older to serve alcohol, as required by Florida law.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve breakfast and/or dinner, including buffet service if applicable.
• Make menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Enter orders in the POS system and process payments.
• Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and stocked.
• Work with the kitchen, bar, and front desk teams to keep service smooth.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
