We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Hotel Security Staff at Legacy Ventures Hospitality. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff through various security duties and emergency response activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform protective and enforcement functions, responding calmly to emergencies, disturbances, and threats to life and property.
• Conduct foot patrols, observe and identify potential risks, and maintain order within the hotel.
• Handle undesired conduct, assist guests, respond to alarms, and investigate incidents.
• Maintain communication with team via radio, keep logs, and ensure confidentiality of guest and employee information.
• Assist during medical emergencies, conduct security checks, monitor CCTV, and respond to various security-related situations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and possess organizational skills.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 1-3 years of related experience is advantageous.

Additional Skills

• Ability to read, write, and present information effectively.
• Basic math skills and reasoning ability to follow instructions and resolve problems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related duties.
