Job summary

Allied Universal is currently hiring a Full Time Security Site Supervisor for a prominent hotel in Boston, MA. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11 PM, with starting pay at $31.25 per hour, plus paid orientation and training.

The Site Supervisor manages on-site operations, security services, profitability, and quality assurance for the client site. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, training, contract compliance, incident reporting, and coordination with the client to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• May need to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• One or more: active-duty military/service, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed) and able to operate radios/monitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to the designated level.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality and compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
