Job summary

Concord is seeking a Loss Prevention Guard to safeguard hotel property, guests, visitors and associates. Must have open availability to work weekdays and weekends; shift times are 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. You will patrol property, respond to incidents, monitor cameras, document reports, and support the safety program.

Candidates should be customer service oriented with a calm, dependable demeanor; Concord emphasizes safety and a drug-free workplace. Pay rate ranges from $16 to $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety and protect assets.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes.
• Assist sick or injured guests or employees with documentation.
• Initiate investigations and prepare incident/accident reports.
• Maintain records such as camera monitoring logs and shift activity.
• Assist supervisor with alarm systems and building security.
