Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a security professional to monitor and patrol hotel properties, ensuring guest and employee safety and protecting assets. The role requires calm response to emergencies, clear incident reporting, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, escorting individuals as needed, and maintaining a secure environment across shifts in a 24/7 hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior law enforcement or security experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and communications tech.
• Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Strong observation, listening, and reporting skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for guest service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety and protect assets.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Answer security lines and document incident information clearly.
• Escort guests and employees as needed and assist with parking lot safety.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
