White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Security Officer to promote a safe guest and associate environment at the hotel. You will enforce rules, investigate incidents, and report losses or injuries affecting the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring security cameras, verifying entrance passes, safeguarding keys, and logging detailed incident reports. The role emphasizes on-foot patrols and clear communication in English (Spanish helpful).

Qualifications

• CCTV operations knowledge preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
• Ability to create clear, legible activity/incident/investigative reports.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Report and document unsafe practices or conditions and recommend corrective action.
• Monitor, document, and report suspicious activity on security cameras.
• Identify visitors at associate entrance and manage passes per procedures.
• Control and account for keys, especially to critical areas.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, violence, property damage or disturbances and write detailed reports.
