Job summary

Trump Hotels is seeking a Security professional to maintain a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. The role involves patrolling interior and perimeter areas, enforcing policies, and responding to emergencies with calm and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include maintaining hotel order, monitoring activity, handling alarms, and assisting guests with door locks and safes. CPR/First Aid training and prior security or military experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hotel Management, Criminal Justice or Business Administration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior law enforcement, security or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Maintain order in the hotel, assist guests, handle door lock issues, and coordinate emergency response calmly and effectively.
• Observe monitors for unusual activity and report to the supervisor on duty; report alarms.
• Answer security telephone and safety hotline calls and respond based on priority.
• Administer CPR and First Aid.
• Provide information to inquirers about directions and hours of operation.
• Record and secure found property and assist guests with lost property.
• Assist guests with door lock and in-room safe issues.
• Escort guests and employees to parking lots.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education
