Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Hotel Sales Manager and clients when absent; take booking inquiry information and prepare paperwork.
• Answer phone calls for the Hotel's GM and Sales Team; direct requests and record messages accurately.
• Distribute documents promptly and transport materials within the hotel as needed.
• Handle reservations for VIP hotel clients and coordinate with other departments for upgrades and details.
• Organize, file, and retrieve documents to maintain essential records used in department operations.
• Input data into computer systems to generate account history reports and create hotel flyers for events and promotions.
