Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel front office daily quality process and staff coaching and feedback.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and administer discipline when appropriate.
• Provide clear directions to staff in written and spoken form.
• Monitor occupancy, adjust staffing, and oversee cost and inventory controls.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues with effective solutions and proper documentation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, training, and staffing for the Front Office and related services.
